These terms and conditions apply to the use of this website. By accessing our website and/or placing an order indicates that you accept these terms regardless of whether or not you choose to register with us or order from us. If you do not accept these terms please do not use this website.

Placing an order and payment

Browse our catalogue and select the item or items that you wish to buy and add to the shopping basket. When your selections are complete, click on the checkout button and you will be asked for the details that we need to process your order. You will then be taken a secure page to enter your payment details. Payment can be made with Paypal and most major credit cards. Credit card payments can be accepted over the telephone (01490 498460), if we are unable to take your call, leave a message and we will call you back. Orders will not be despatched until payments have been authorised by the card issuer. Payments made by Paypal e cheques will take up to 8 working days to clear.The products that are listed on our website are normally in stock and available for delivery. If on the very rare occasion that we cannot fulfill part or your  full order we will contact you and refund your payment.

Prices and tax

All prices are quoted inclusive of VAT.

For international countries that we ship to VAT will be zero rated. The customer is responsible for any tax or duty payable on import to their own country.

We may alter prices on this website at any time without notice.


All orders over the value of £30 (excluding VAT) are sent to mainland UK free of charge by Royal Mail second class 'signed for' delivery or other courier service. On checkout your order delivery cost will be calculated and Royal Mail optional services  The goods you order will be delivered to the address you give when you place your order. We aim to despatch your order within two working days ( not counting weekends and Bank Holidays ) unless there are reasons that are beyond our control. Orders placed for guaranteed Next Day Delivery (when available) must be placed before 9 am on the day of ordering.

International orders

All International orders are sent Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) . Import duty is paid to the Shipping Company by the receiver on delivery.


Refund and Cancellation Policy

If you are not happy in any way with your purchase you have the right to cancel the contract at any time up to 14 days after receipt of the goods. To exercise your right of cancellation you must email us ( or telephone (01490498460) quoting the invoice number of your order. You will be responsible for returning the goods to us ( our address is on the Contact Page) at your own cost. The goods returned must be in the original packaging and in an unused condition. After we receive the returned goods we will refund or re-credit you the purchase price within 7 working days.


All goods supplied by us are warranted free from manufacturing defects for a period of 12 months from the date of supply (unless otherwise stated). This warranty does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. This warranty does not apply to any defect in the goods arising wilful damage, accident, negligence by you or any third party, use otherwise than as recommended by us, failure to follow suppliers instructions or any alteration or repair carried out without our approval. It covers replacement or repair of parts supplied by us only - when returned to us, carriage paid, by the purchaser. It does not cover any other costs incurred by the purchaser such as removing or re-fitting any defective parts. Please contact us ( prior to returning any faulty part quoting the purchase date and name and address of the purchaser.
